Flight Logs Show Pattern of Travel The travel manifests were among thousands of legal papers and papers made public by Epsteinâs estate that have been disclosed over the last year. The review identified 87 aircraft movements connected to Epstein â encompassing many that were not previously known â coming into or leaving from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018. Onboard Individuals and Post-Conviction Travel Unnamed women were listed among the passengers entering and exiting the UK. Crucially, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred subsequent to Epsteinâs 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a minor. âThis is âastonishingâ that there had never been a âfull-scale UK investigationâ into his operations in the country,â remarked American attorneys acting for numerous Epstein survivors. UK Survivors and Legal Proceedings A statement from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epsteinâs associate Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. However, that individual has not been approached by British law enforcement, according to her attorney based in Florida. In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had ânot received any further evidence that would support reopening the investigation.â They commented, âShould new and relevant evidence be presented to us, encompassing any resulting from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will assess it.â Continuing Disclosure and Judicial Decisions A bill to make public all files held by the US government in concerning Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of files are anticipated to be released. Separately, a US judge ordered last week that the DOJ could disclose investigative materials from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epsteinâs long-term associate, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the charges.
